Braised spareribs  红烧排骨

1 kg spare ribs
1 cm of Cinnamon
A pinch of  Anise seeds 
A pinch of whole pepper
A pinch of Fennel
20 pcs Crystal sugar
5 gram of slice Ginger
4 piece of Garlic 🧄
2 pcs bay leafs 🍃
1 dl Sweet pepper 🫑
A few small pieces of Chilies 🌶️

5dl boiling water
2 tbs Soy sauce (we use gluten free)
1 tbs Dark Soy sauce

Cooking
Put 4 tbs oil in the frying pan and add the sugar before the oil gets warm.  ! (Dont add salt)

When the sugar is almost melted add the meat.

When the meat is brown add soy sauces, and all the spices.

Pouring boiling water until the meat is almost covered. (Do not add cold water ortherwise meat hard to chewy)

Cook for around 30 minutes but make sure it do not get dry.

Now it’s ready to serve.

1公斤排骨

1 厘米肉桂

兩個八角

一小撮茴香

一小撮完整胡椒

20粒冰糖

5 克生薑片

4粒大蒜🧄

1片月桂葉🍃

100ml 甜椒🫑

辣椒幾小塊🌶️

-5dl開水

2湯匙醬油（我們使用無麩質）

1 湯匙黑醬油

烹飪

將 4 湯匙油放入煎鍋中，在油變熱之前加入糖。

當糖幾乎融化時，加入肉。(不要加盐)

當肉變成棕色后，加入醬油和所有香料。

倒入沸水，直到幾乎沒過肉。 !（加冷水，肉会炖不熟）

大火炖大約 30 分鐘左右，但要確保它不會變乾。

現在可以出菜了。
