Homemade five-spice powder 自製五香粉

Homemade five-spice powder

20-30g Sichuan peppercorns

15g star anise

15g fennel

15g cinnamon

1 spoon pepper (white or black pepper)

(1g cloves) can be substituted for pepper

Blend them into powder separately and then mix together. The homemade five-spice powder is ready. The taste is so authentic when you make it yourself. It can be used for stir-frying, smoking, stewing, stuffing and various cooking uses, etc.

(Five-spice powder does not necessarily mean five spices, you can add or reduce them according to your taste)

1匙胡椒粉(白胡椒或黑胡椒)

(1g 丁香)可以替代胡椒粉

分別攪拌成粉狀,再混合在一起。自製五香粉就完成了。自己做味道太纯正了,用於炒菜,煙肉,燉肉,調餡料及各種烹飪使用等等。

(五香粉不一定就是五種香料,根據自己喜歡口味可以添加或減少)
