Air Fryer Crispy Roasted Pork 氣炸鍋脆皮五花肉

Ingredients

  • Pork belly 650-900g
  • Your favourite spice mix 1/2tbsp (5g)
  • Salt 1/4tsp (1g)
  • Black pepper
  • Oil /Olive oil
  • White vinegar
  • Salt (for skin) 80-100g

Description:

Sprinkle salt on the pork belly skin and wait for 15 minutes to half an hour before some water droplets appear on the skin. Wipe it off.

Cut the pork belly into wide strips, do not cut all the way to the end but cut in half.

Massage the pepper, salt, Sichuan peppercorns and oil until soft and flavourful.

Turn the pork belly skin side up and poke some small holes evenly with a sharp tool. After relaxing for a while, apply white vinegar.

Prepare two layers of tin foil to wrap the meat skin side up. Then sprinkle salt evenly on the meat skin and put it in the air fryer at 125 to 130 degrees. Bake for 30 minutes and remove the salt. Clean the salt from the skin of the meat, brush it with a layer of oil and continue roasting until it reaches 200 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes. crispy pork belly is ready will be served.
