Stir-fried vegetables with tofu 蔬菜炒豆腐

raw material:

10g oil
50g carrots
50 g zucchini
20g red and yellow pepper
minced ginger
150-200g tofu
1 teaspoon corn powder 
1 spoon soy sauce
0.75dl water
Salt
pepper

How to make

Cut all ingredients into equal sizes. Add a spoonful of oil to the wok and add all the greens, sprinkle with a little salt and pepper. Set aside. Pour 1 spoonful of oil into the wok, then spread the tofu flat in the wok and fry until golden brown. Pour a spoonful of soy sauce into the corn powder water, stir evenly and pour it into the frying pan. Stir-fry and quickly add the vegetables. Stir well and then remove from pan and serve.

製作

將所有的原材料切成一樣大小。炒鍋內放入一匙油加入所有的青菜,撒上少許鹽和胡椒粉。出鍋待用。將1匙油倒入炒鍋內,然後將豆腐平攤在炒鍋內炒鍋內煎到金黃,把一匙醬油倒入玉米粉水中,攪拌均勻倒入煎鍋內。翻炒後迅速加入蔬菜。炒均勻後出鍋盛盤。
