Ingredients:
1000g Pork shoulder
1cup (150g) Char Siu Sauce
Honey
Roasting Rack
Method:
– Cut the pork into strips of about 2-3 cm, pat dry and place in a large container.
– Spread with barbecued pork sauce and marinate for 2-8 hours
-Put the aluminum foil box inside. (If you have one, place a small rack and lay the pork flat on the rack)
– Adjust to 180 degrees for 15 minutes
– After 15 minutes, turn the pork over.
– Coat the meat with the honey sauce. Turn over and bake at 180 degrees for 12 minutes
– Apply honey again. Bake at 180 degrees and set the time to two-five minutes
– Take out the barbecued pork, slice it, and serve on a plate.

– Apply honey a third time and grill at 180 degrees for another 2-5 minutes
