Beef tenderloin  牛里脊 or Pepper Beef

Simple, easy and delicious pan-fried beef tenderloin

300g Beef tenderloin

5 g  black peppercorns.

4 g salt

Production process:

Pat the beef dry with paper towels, sprinkle with black peppercorns and salt, and press it with your hands.

Heat pan (over medium-high heat) and add beef tenderloin. Fry until golden brown, about 1 to 2 minutes per side. Remove and slice into plates and ready to use. Be careful when frying beef tenderloin: don’t add oil! Dry fry (use a non-stick pan). If you like the taste of butter, add a little butter before serving.

牛肉用紙巾擦乾後塗抹上黑胡椒粒再撒上鹽,用手壓一壓。

將平底鍋加熱(用中大火)加入牛里脊。煎至每面大約1到2分鐘煎至金黃即可。取出切片成盤即可使用。煎牛里脊要注意:不要放油!乾煎(使用不沾鍋)。如果你喜歡黃油的味道,可以在最後出鍋前加一點黃油。
