BlueBerry Muffin 藍莓鬆餅

Simple and easy blueberries muffins

GLULEN-FREE FLOUR 
(you can use a normal flour  powder)

approx. 12 pcs

Ingredient

2 egg
1.5 dl of sugar
2 tsp vanilla sugar
3.5 dl Gluten-free flour (you can use a normal flour  powder)
1 teaspoon baking powder
1.5 dl butter
3 dl blueberries

whisking into the egg-sugar mixture, mixing well. Mix in the flour powder baking powder mixture

Add fat. Finally, add the blueberries (frozen

blueberries can be added as jais), mix carefully.

Spoon the batter into the muffin tins. If you use muffin tray, grease the holes of the tray first and bake with gluten-free oat bran. fry

muffins in a 200-degree oven for approx. 18 min

將用無麩質燕麥麩 麵糊舀入鬆餅罐中。如果你使用鬆餅托盤,先在托盤的孔上塗上油。然後將鬆餅放入 200 度烤箱中烤約 18 分鐘。
