Using air fryer to cook Millefeuille Pot with Chinese Cabbage and Pork (Korea Flavour)

Ingredients:

A. 1/2 Chinese cabbage500g pork slices

Tofu, as needed

B. 2 tosp miso

   2 tosp soy sauce

   2 tbsp cooking rice wine

   1 tbsp sugar 

   1 tbsp chili sauce

   200ml pork stock 

1-2 tablespoons of Shaoxing wine
1/2-1 teaspoon of white pepper powder

Instructions:

Cut off the bottom of the Chinese cabbage and peel off the leaves one by one.

Place a few slices of pork on top of each layer of Chinese cabbage, then cover with another layer of Chinese cabbage. Repeat this process many times.

Cut the Chinese cabbage into pieces that are the same height as the pot.

Take a deep, flat-bottomed bowl and arrange the Chinese cabbage in a radial pattern, in rows. Place tofu and sweet potatoes slice into the Layered of the pot

Cook over high heat until the pork stocks boils.

Mix ingredients B into a sauce and pour into the pot. then cover the pot in to air fry . 180c 25-30 minutes.

原料:

A.大白菜1/2顆

500克豬肉片

豆腐 適量

B.2茶匙味噌

   2 大匙 醬油

   2 大匙 料酒

   1 大匙 糖

   1 大匙 辣椒醬

   200毫升豬肉高湯

紹興酒1-2大匙

1/2-1 茶匙白胡椒粉

指示:

將大白菜的底部切掉,把葉子一片一片地剝掉。

每層大白菜葉上面放幾片豬肉,再蓋上一層大白菜。重複這個過程很多次。

將大白菜切成與容器皿同高的塊狀。

取一個深平底容器將大白菜排成一排。

將豆腐和地瓜片放入鍋中分層

用大火煮至豬肉湯沸騰。

將材料B混合成醬汁,倒入空氣炸鍋中。

180度25-30分鐘。
