Make PIZZA in Air fryer

 

Dough

150 gram flour powder

1 dl water

4 gram Salt

1/2 teaspoon Sugar

5 gram dryYeasts 

 

Mix all together and let it rest for 30 minutes.

Filling:

200 gram Chicken meat. We used the part from the legs. It’s really juicy 

2 to 3 Tomato slices

A few slices of onion (rings)

100 gram Cheese. Choose a type you like. 

A few pieces of Sweet paper, mostly for decoration. 

 

 

Tomato sauce:

150 gram cherry tomatoes

Cook them in your kettle until they are soft. 

Use a sieve to remove the skin. 

Add garlic, sugar, pepper and salt , basil.

Add condiments according to your own taste.

 

Prebake the pizza button in the air fryer for 10 minutes at 180 to 200C.

Take it out and add tomato sauce and the rest of the filling. 

Bake the pizza for 15 to 20 minutes at 180 to 200C.
