Radish pancake 蘿蔔絲餅

Homemade radish pancake

Raw materials:

radish 600g

Carrot 100g

scallion 80g

Rice flour 20g

salt 1/2tsp.

1/2tsp white pepper powder.

cooking method:

1. Peel off the thick white skin of white radish and carrot grate it into shreds. (Cut it a little deeper and remove the coarse fiber to make it more delicious)

2. Add salt to shredded white radish and carrot, mix well until water comes out, and then squeeze out the water.

3. Put rice flour, salt and white pepper into a mixing bowl and mix evenly.

4. Then add chopped green onion and shredded radish and mix evenly.

5. Pour 2-3 tablespoons of oil into the pot, turn the heat to medium-low, scoop in an appropriate amount of the batter from step 4, spread evenly, and then shape into a round shape.

6. Fry for about 2 minutes. (Cover the pot and simmer to cook faster)

7. Turn over and fry both sides until golden brown and fragrant.

家常蘿蔔絲餅

蘿蔔餅的家常做法

材料:

白蘿蔔 600公克

鹽 15公克

蔥花 80公克

米粉 20公克

調味料:

鹽 1/2茶匙

白胡椒粉1/2茶匙

烹飪方法:

1. 白蘿蔔削去較粗的白色外皮,再刨成絲。(稍微削深一點,去粗纖維更好吃)

2. 白蘿蔔絲加鹽,抓拌均勻至出水,再用力捏除水分。

3. 米粉、鹽、白胡椒粉放入攪拌盆中拌均勻。

4. 接著放入蔥花、蘿蔔絲和胡蘿蔔絲混合均勻。

5. 鍋子倒入2-3大匙油,將火力轉至中弱,舀入適量作法4的麵糊,攤平均勻,再整形成圓形。

6. 煎約2分鐘。(蓋上鍋蓋燜,更快熟)

7. 翻面再將雙面接煎至金黃焦香即可
