Vegetarian Chinese cabbage

Vegetarian Chinese cabbage

 1/2 cabbage
 1/2 teaspoon salt (less)
 Comment less on pepper
 green onions

Cutting method:
Wash the Chinese cabbage, peel it into pieces, and use a knife to cut the Chinese cabbage into (45 ° Angus,) thin slices.  (Try to cut it as thinly as possible)

Stir-frying method:
Pour two tablespoons of oil into the wok and heat the pan to about 160°C
Pour the Chinese cabbage into the pot and stir-fry quickly. After 1 minute of frying, the water in the Chinese cabbage gradually disappears. Add salt and pepper, and remove from the pot into a plate.

Two keys to stir-fried cabbage:
1. Be sure to add salt before taking it out of the pan. Not the earlier than.
2. The oil temperature must be hot enough.  There will be no turn to soup.
