Shredded Pork with Ginger
Ingredients: Serves 2 people
250-300 grams of lean meat (shredded)
Marinated Pork Seasoning:
100-200ml ginger beer 0.5% alcohol
1tbsp gluten-free low-salt light soy sauce
White pepper
sugar
1 teaspoon cornflour
(2 heads of garlic)
(sesame oil)
40g appropriate amount of shredded ginger (cut into shreds)

1. Wash the pork, slice it into shreds. Add some white pepper, 100-200 ml ginger beer, 0.5% alcohol , 1 tablespoon gluten-free low-salt light soy sauce, sugar, 1 teaspoon corn flour, stir well and simmer for 15-30 minutes
2. Peel and cut the ginger into shreds
3. Heat the pan, add an appropriate amount of vegetable oil, pour in the marinated pork shreds, fry until almost, cooked through, remove from the pan .
4. Add another 1 tablespoon (sesame oil or oil), stir-fry the shredded ginger, add the shredded pork, stir-fry over high heat, remove from the pan, and serve on a plate.

做法
1.豬肉洗淨切片,切絲.加點白胡椒粉,100-200毫升薑啤酒0.5%酒精
65毫升)1大匙無麩質低鹽生抽,糖,1茶匙玉米粉攪拌均勻滝制15-30分鐘
2.薑去皮切成絲
3.熱鍋,加入適量植物油,倒入醃製好的豬肉絲,炒八成熟,出鍋待用。
4. 再加入1匙(麻油或油)倒入薑絲炒好後加入肉絲大火拌炒後出鍋,裝盤。
