Simple Scallion and Ginger Bream
 Ginger and Scallion Fish Nuggets

describe
 pickled fish
 450g gurnard fillets (bass can also be used…)
 a little white pepper
 1/3 teaspoon salt
 3/4 liter water
 1/2 tablespoon cornmeal
 other ingredients
 1 thumb-sized piece of young ginger, shredded
 2-3 green spring onions (add stems first)
 1 tablespoon light soy sauce
 – some sugar
 some cornstarch solution
 (1 tablespoon Shaoxing Huadiao cooking wine)

First, use a knife to scrape off the fish scales and mucus on the fish, and wash them thoroughly.  Fillet the fish, cut into pieces, add a spoonful of light soy sauce, green onions, shredded ginger, a little salt and pepper, mix well, and marinate for 30-hours.  , 1-2 spoons of starch.  Place in the air fryer at 180 degrees to 200 degrees for 16 minutes and 160 degrees for 20 minutes.  Fish can also be fried in a small amount of oil.

Juice making method:
a spoonful of sugar
A spoonful of vinegar (you can use apple cider vinegar)
100 ml fish stock (can add orange juice or lemon juice)
a little pepper
Onion, ginger and chili pepper
1/2 teaspoon cornmeal
a little oil

首先用刀刮去魚鱗和鱼身上的粘液,洗净。片魚,切块,再加一匙生抽、蔥段、薑絲、少许盐和胡椒粉、抓匀,腌制3 0-小時。、1 -2匙淀粉。放入空氣空氣炸鍋180度至200度16分鐘,160度20分鐘。也可用少量的油煎魚。

汁制做法:
一勺糖
一勺醋(可以用蘋果醋)
100 毫升的魚湯汁(可加橙汁或檸檬汁)
少許胡椒粉
蔥薑及辣椒碎
1/2茶匙玉米粉
