Air fryer fried meat.  空氣炸鍋烤肉

 Dry pickling ingredients 1:

 1.5-2kg pork neck plum meat, two pieces

 2 tablespoons brown sugar

 1/4-1/2 spoon salt

 1/3 tsp pepper

 1/2 tsp sweet paprika

 1/2 tsp garlic powder

 1/2 spoon ginger powder

 1 tablespoon onion powder

 1/4 tsp cinnamon powder

 1/2 tsp barbecue powder

 1/2 red chili powder (not very spicy)

 BBQ ingredients 2:

 1 spoon dark soy sauce

 2 spoons light soy sauce

 2 tablespoons brown sugar

 1/4-1/2 spoon salt

 1 spoon honey

 1/3 tsp pepper

 1/2 tsp sweet paprika

 1/2 tsp garlic powder

 1/2 spoon ginger powder

 1 tablespoon onion powder

 1/4 tsp cinnamon powder

 1/2 tsp barbecue powder

 1/2 red chili powder (not very spicy)

 By the way: if you have fresh onions, ginger, garlic, onions and honey it will work better.

 Production process:

 Mix all ingredients together in a bowl.  Spread the seasoning mixture evenly on the surface of the meat.  Then wrap it in tin foil and put it in the refrigerator for 24 hours.  Then put it in the air fryer.  Be sure to use tin foil as a base.  Turn over after 15 minutes.  Flip again for another 15 minutes.  Determine the time based on the size and texture of the meat.  Usually 40 to 45 minutes is enough.  You can make barbecue condiments according to your favorite condiments.

1/2 匙薑粉

1匙洋蔥粉

1/4匙肉桂粉

1/2匙燒烤粉

1/2紅辣椒粉(不是很辣)

順便說一下:如果你有新鮮的蔥薑蒜洋蔥和蜂蜜打在一起會更好用。

製作過程:

將所有的原料混合在一起放入碗內。將混合調料均勻塗抹在肉表層。之後用锡纸包裹好放入冰箱24小时。之後放入空氣炸鍋內。一定要用錫紙托底。15分鐘翻面。再15分鐘再翻一次面。根據肉塊的大小和肉質來決定時間。一般在40至45分鐘即可。你可以根據自己喜歡的佐料來制做燒烤料。
