Fast pickles. 速食泡菜(家常版）

Spices for the liquid:

1 green top of a Spring onion A pinch of Chechen pepper or whole black/white pepper1 Star anise
3 bay leaves 🍃
1 liter water
2 tablespoon Sugar
2 tablespoon Vinegar

Boil the water and add the spices. Let it boil and then turn off and cover with a lid. Just before the water boils add the vinegar and and then turn off the heat. Let it cool of to around 30C or colder

Veil the liquid cools off you can cut the vegetables

Vegetables

200 gram cabbage
Carrot
Cucumber
Cauliflower
2 tablespoon of salt

Cut the vegetables in 1 cm pieces and mix them in a bowl, and add salt.

Massage in the salt.

Let it rest until the liquid is cold.

Now you can add the vegetables in to the liquid. Be careful that liquid from the vegetable bowl is not mixed in.

香料湯：

1 顆小香蔥

－小撮四川花椒或整個黑/白胡椒
1 八角茴香
3片月桂葉🍃
1升水
2湯匙糖
2湯匙醋
2湯匙鹽

將水煮沸並加入香料。 讓它沸騰，然後關掉並蓋上蓋子。 在水沸騰之前加入醋，然後關火。讓它冷卻到30C 左右或更低

蓋上蓋子，料湯冷卻後就可以備用。

蔬菜
200克捲心菜
胡蘿蔔
黃瓜
菜花
2湯匙鹽

將蔬菜切成1厘米的塊，放入碗中拌勻，加鹽。

加鹽按摩。查看視頻。

讓它靜置直到料湯變冷。

現在您可以將蔬菜添加到料湯中。 注意不要混入蔬菜碗中的料湯。
