Salads 沙拉  our favorite summer food

Salad 1

Lamb lettuce 
Rucola salad
1/4 Mango
80 to 100 gram Grilled chicken
Salt & Pepper
Olive oil 

Salad 2

Lamb lettuce

Salt and pepper
Olive oil
Balsamic vinegar
50 gram ham (we used German SCHWARZWÄLDER ham) 
Water melon
2 Apricot 
20 gram Asparagus 

Decorated with spring onion

Water melon apricot and asparagus we grilled and then cooled down before adding to the salad. 

This will increase the flavor and give you are more tasty salad. You should also remember salt ，pepper and spray some Balsamic vinegar.

You can change the meat to your own liking – this was just our own take on a good salad. 

It’s easy to make it into a vegetarian dish if you would prefer that.

羊生菜(野苣)
芝麻菜沙拉
 1/4 芒果
 80克 烧烤雞
 少许鹽和胡椒
 少许橄欖油
最后用小香蔥绿叶点缀

 火腿沙拉

 鹽和胡椒
 橄欖油
 意大利香醋
 50克火腿（我們用的是德國SCHWARZWÄLDER火腿）
 80克西瓜
 2 杏
 20 克蘆筍
 用蔥裝飾

我們烤了西瓜杏和蘆筍，然後在加入沙拉之前冷卻下來。

 這將增加風味並為您提供更美味的沙拉。 你還應該記住鹽和胡椒粉。

您可以选择自己喜吃的肉类、海鲜、豆类及水果等。
