twice-cooked pork 回鍋肉

Ingredients 
200 gram pork meat side 
2 small green peppers
1/2 red pepper
1/4 yellow pepper
1/2 leek 
1 teaspoon of sugar 
1 tablespoon light soy  sauce 
1 teaspoons Black bean chili sauce 
1/2 teaspoon of normal chili sauce
A few pieces of dry chili 
Salt and pepper
If you have you can use Chinese 5 spice mix. 
 
Fry the pork in one or two big pieces on the frying pan until it has changed color and looks done. 
Remove and cut into this slices.
Fry the meat again until it gets crispy and remove. 
Fry the vegetables and when almost done add the meat and spices. 
Please note we did not use any extra oil in this recipe

加入韭蔥,青紅椒黃加香料。炒熟時加入少許鹽和胡椒出鍋。
