Pineapple Fried Rice 菠蘿炒飯

A dish that is ready party 🎉

Ingredients:
Pineapple 2tablespoon in small cubes
shrimps 6 big
carrots 1 tablespoon chopped
peas 1 tablespoon
oil 3 tablespoon  for frying
cucumber 1 tablespoon chopped
cherry tomato (small tomato) 1
egg 1
cooked rice 250-300 gram
Ginger
Spring onion

Fry the shrimp’s with ginger and remove them before you fry the rice.

Mix rice and egg together well before you start frying.

When the rice/egg is fried well start adding the ingredients.

When it is fired well together serve in the hollow pineapple.

You can make variations to this dish by adding curry, tomato, soy sauce or chili to your own liking. We shared you the basic version.

It’s a simple dish, that works well both for a party or on a stressed day.
