cream baked potatoes 奶油焗烤馬鈴薯

If you like potatoes, don’t miss this classic cream baked potatoes that both adults and children love! It’s quick and easy to make, pop it in the oven and serve! !

Instead of potatoes, try this recipe with other vegetables, fish, or meat.

Recipe:

900g Potato
2dl Cream
1 Cloves garlic
1/2-1tsb Salt 
1/4-1/2 tab Pepper

Gluten-free and Vegan

200-300g Potato
1dl gluten-free cream 
Pinch of salt and pepper

 Preparation Method:

  1.   Cut potatoes into thin slices. 

        (You can   use a slicer to cut into

        even slices.) Place in a large bowl.

  1. Add heavy cream, garlic paste, salt and pepper and mix well.
  2. Bake in the oven at 180°C for 45-55 minutes, until the surface is browned.
  3. Gluten-free and Vegan use Air fryer 180°C 30min bake it .
