A delicious and crispy dish: Crispy Pork in air fryer

Crispy Pork

Marinade:

200g pork meat
2 g salt
2 grams white pepper
2g Sichuan peppercorns
5g green onion (shredded)
3g ginger (shredded)
50g water
20-30 grams of soda water

Skinless pork belly or streaky fillet. Cut into strips. (As shown in the video) This way of marinating will make it more flavorful.

When marinating meat, in addition to adding onion, ginger and pepper water, we can also add soda water to make the meat more loose and taste more tender. Marinate for at least half an hour.

Ingredients for batter:

50g sweet potato starch
8g flour
1g baking powder
50g water or soda water
10g oil

Place all ingredients in a bowl and mix until it becomes a smooth paste.

Operation process:

Pour the batter into the marinated meat, mix well and set aside. Open the air fryer, spray it with oil, put the mixed meat into the air fryer one by one, and bake at 180 degrees for 9 minutes. Open the air fryer and spray some oil again, then bake at 200 degrees for 3 to 5 minutes, and the crispy and delicious crispy meat is ready. It uses less oil, is healthy, suitable for all ages.
