Beef chili sauce homemade version

Raw materials:

100 to 150 grams beef (can be cooked)
1 onion
3-4 spoons of hoisin sauce (yellow beans sauce can be used)
1 tablespoon oyster sauce
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 spoon dark soy sauce
2 tablespoons chili sauce
1 spoon sugar
Pinch of salt
A pinch of pepper
Small green onion

Production process:

Dice the onion and beef.

Add a spoonful of oil to the wok, pour all the ingredients into the wok, stir-fry evenly, pour into a bowl and garnish with green onions. Very good for ramen,  noodles, noodle soup, mixed with the rice and salad, etc.

將洋蔥切塊,將牛肉切成丁,倒入

炒鍋內一匙油,將所有的原料分別倒入鍋內,炒拌均勻倒入碗中用綠蔥做點綴持用。試用於拉麵、拌麵、麵湯、拌飯及沙拉等。
