Basic chili sauce/chili oil 基礎辣椒醬/辣椒油

Basic chili sauce/chili oil 

Raw materials:

2-4 ml oil
100g chopped dried chili pepper
100g dried chili powder
100g green onion (chopped)
50g minced ginger
50g minced garlic
100g sesame seeds
(100g soy sauce)
50g dark soy sauce
100g light soy sauce
50g sugar
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp salt
50-100g oysters

Production process:

Pour oil into the pan and heat it to about 70 degrees. Pour all the ingredients into the pan, stir-fry over medium heat for about 20 to 30 minutes, then take out and let cool before use. Suitable for stir-frying, cold dishes, etc.

制作过程:

把油倒在锅内加热到70度左右,将所有的原料倒入油锅内,中火翻炒搅拌大约20分钟至30分钟取出晾凉便可以使用。适用于炒菜,凉拌等等。
