Green Bean noodle salad

100g mung bean noodle

8-10 large shrimps
1 tbsp chili sauce/chili oil
1/2 teaspoon Sichuan pepper powder 
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon minced garlic
1/2 teaspoon sugar
A pinch of pepper
Pinch of salt
1 lemon/lime
Green onions/coriander leaves

1. Mix all the spice together.

2. Cook the green bean noodle for about 2 minutes. Boil the shrimps in boiling water for 2 minutes until turn pink. Remove from the water.

3. Pour the cooked green bean noodle and shrimp into a large bowl, then mix all the seasonings into the bowl and stir evenly. Garnish with green onions or cilantro.

A delicious, fresh and cool green bean noodle salad is ready especially in the all the season popular dish. 

By the way, you can uses any meat to poaching the boiling water 1-2min then use.

100克綠豆粉絲

8-10個大蝦

1匙辣椒醬/辣椒油

1/2茶匙四川花椒粉

1匙醬油

1匙蒜沫

1/2茶匙糖

少許胡椒粉

少許鹽

1個 檸檬/綠檸

小綠蔥/香菜葉

1. 將所有的佐料混合在一起。

2. 將粉絲煮熟大約2分鐘左右。將蝦仁沸水煮2分鐘變成粉色撈出。

3. 將煮好的粉絲及蝦仁倒入大碗裡,再將所有的調料混合倒入碗中均勻攪拌。放入小綠蔥或香菜作點綴。

一道美味、清新、涼爽的綠豆粉絲涼拌沙拉製作完成。尤其是這道四季流行的菜餚。
