Fish roasted in the air fryer  家常燻魚

Marinated fish:

Debone the fish and cut into small pieces, see the video. You can use any fish for this dish.

Use small green onions and three slices of ginger and a spoonful rice wine a spoonful of soy sauce, and white pepper powder. Mix fish and garnishes well and marinate for at least 30 minutes.

Fish  sauce

Seasoning:

2-4T soy sauce

4T sugar

1T rice wine

1 tbsp pepper

1 bowl of water

1 tbsp Shaoxing wine

1 tbsp vinegar

5g dried chili pepper

3 star anise

1 small stick of cinnamon

4 bay leaves

2 Green onions

a few slices of ginger

Put all the ingredients in a pot and cook until the sauce becomes ready for use.

After wiping the marinated fish dry on liquid absorbing paper, sprinkle the fish pieces with oil and roasted in the air fryer for 30 to 40 minutes. Depend how big pieces of fish. Take out the fish pieces puting in to the prepared previously sauce then put fish pieces on a plate and you are ready to serve. A very delicious appetizer.

用小綠蔥及三片薑及一匙洒、一匙醬油、白胡椒粉。將魚及佐抓拌均勻,醃製至少30 分鐘。

燻魚汁

調味料:

2-4T 醬油

4 T 糖

1T 米酒

1大匙胡椒粉

1碗水

1大匙紹興酒

1大匙醋

5g乾辣椒

3粒八角

1小片桂皮

4片月桂葉

2個小綠蔥葉

几片薑

將所有的原料放在鍋裡熬煮成醬汁取出待用。

將醃製好的魚放在吸油紙上擦乾後,魚塊撒上油放入空氣炸鍋內烤至30至40分鐘。200C取出後將魚塊沾上之前做好的醬汁。再將魚塊放入盤中可以用餐了。一到非常好吃的前餐開胃菜。
