Air fried prawns

Air fried prawns

How to do it:

I bought shrimps from JK store and am going to make air fryer grilled shrimps today. This box contains 500 grams. Take out 8 shrimps and rinse them first. Open them from the middle of the second joint on the back of the shrimps. Remove the intestines of the shrimps. Wash them clean. Use kitchen paper to absorb the moisture on the surface of the shrimps. After absorbing the shrimps, remove them. Place on a plate with some depth.

Then marinate. These seasonings include a pinch of salt, pepper, grated ginger, and a little oil. Then spread it evenly with your hands and marinate for 1/2-1 hour. (Another marinade: two tablespoons of soy sauce, green onion segments, salt, pepper, a little oil)

Preheat the air fryer to 180C for 4 minutes. Spray some oil into the air frying basket to prevent it from sticking. Place the shrimps in the basket and spray some oil.

Adjust to about 180C-200C and bake for 4 minutes. Turn the shrimp over after 4 minutes, sprinkle with garlic slices, and bake for another 4 minutes for a total of 8 minutes. At this time, the shrimp skin is crispy, the shrimp meat is delicious, and it has a barbecue flavor.
