Simple and easy Lemon Chicken 檸檬雞

Fried lemon chicken,  refreshing and tender, sweet and sour, very appetizing, delicious and suit for rice, simple and easy

Ingredients: 

3 chicken thigh meat 
2 onions
2 chili peppers
4 cloves of garlic
1/2 a lemon
1-2 table of sugar
3 tble soya sauce
Pinch Pepper

Description

  1.   chicken cut into small pieces, add a little pepper, 2 spoons of soy sauce and marinate for 10 minutes
  2.   Cut the onion into small slices, cut the chili pepper into rings, smash the garlic and chop it into small pieces, cut the lemon into small pieces。
  3.   Pour a little more oil into the hot pan, heat the oil and add the chicken, fry until golden
  4.   left some oil in the pan, add lemon, onion, chili pepper, and garlic stir fry until fragrant, add two spoon of sugar and one spoon of soy sauce, add fried chicken and stir fry quickly and ready to be serve

(If you need a lot of sauce, add 1/2 dl of orange juice)

檸檬雞

炒檸檬雞, 清爽鮮嫩, 酸酸甜甜的, 非常開胃. 做法簡單容易炒製。

材料:

三個雞腿肉
2顆洋蔥
2個辣椒
4辦蒜頭
1/2檸檬
3匙醬油
2匙 糖

少許胡椒

1) 雞腿肉切成小塊。加少許胡椒粉,2匙醬油醃10分鐘

2)洋蔥切小片,辣椒切成圈,大蒜拍扁再切碎,檸檬切成小片。

3) 熱鍋倒入多一點油,油熱放入雞肉,炸至金黃

4)鍋內留下少許油,放入檸檬和洋蔥,辣椒,大蒜爆香,加入兩匙白糖,一匙醬油,加入炸好的雞肉,快速翻炒就可以出鍋。

(如果你需要很多的醬汁可以加入1/2分升的橙汁)
