Stir-fried Korean Spicy Beef

Ingredients:

100-120g beef tenderloin
1 teaspoon mini Korean chili paste
1 tsp sesame oil/oil
2-3 teaspoons light soy sauce/soy sauce
1/2 tsp honey/sugar
1/3 teaspoon minced garlic

1/3 tsp ground ginger
1/2 tsp chopped green onion
2-3 drops lemon juice
1 onion/green onion

Operation process:

1. First cut the beef into strips or slices with a knife. After cutting the beef. Place in a bowl and mix seasonings and beef evenly. Marinate for 15 minutes to half an hour.

2. Cut onions into strips. Preheat the wok with 2 tablespoons of oil. After the oil is hot, stir-fry the onion shreds and add some sugar and soy sauce. Stir fry and take out and set aside.

3. Add two spoons of oil to the wok. After the oil is heated, pour the beef into the wok and stir-fry quickly for 1 minute. Add the onions and stir-fry for a few times. Remove the pan from the pan. Can be served with rice. A simple Korean spicy beef dish is completed. Hope you like it.

  1. 首先將牛肉切片改刀切成條狀,或者片狀。切好牛肉後。將放到一個碗內,將佐料與牛肉攪拌均勻。醃漬15分鐘到半小時。
  2. 將洋蔥切成條狀。將炒鍋預熱到入2匙油。油熱後,將洋蔥絲炒勻加點糖及醬油。翻炒後取出待用。
  3. 炒鍋內加入兩匙油,油溫預熱後將牛肉倒入炒鍋內迅速翻炒1分鐘後加入洋蔥番炒幾下後即可出鍋層盤。可以米飯作為佐餐。壹道簡單操作的韓國辣牛肉就製作完成。希望你喜歡。
