BlueBerry Muffin 藍莓鬆餅

Simple and easy blueberries muffins

GLULEN-FREE FLOUR 
(you can use a normal flour  powder)

approx. 12 pcs

Ingredient

2 egg
1.5 dl of sugar
2 tsp vanilla sugar
3.5 dl Gluten-free flour (you can use a normal flour  powder)
1 teaspoon baking powder
1.5 dl butter
3 dl blueberries

whisking into the egg-sugar mixture, mixing well. Mix in the flour powder baking powder mixture

Add fat. Finally, add the blueberries (frozen

blueberries can be added as jais), mix carefully.

Spoon the batter into the muffin tins. If you use muffin tray, grease the holes of the tray first and bake with gluten-free oat bran. fry

muffins in a 200-degree oven for approx. 18 min

藍莓鬆餅 約12個

原料：

2個雞蛋

1.5 分升糖

2茶匙香草糖

3.5分升無麩質麵粉(你可以使用高，中，低筋粉）

1 茶匙發酵粉

1.5分升融化黃油

3 公升 藍莓

攪打雞蛋和糖，雞蛋和糖混合攪拌均勻。加入發酵粉與麵粉混合，加入黃油。最後加藍莓（冷凍的）藍莓可以與果醬混合。

將用無麩質燕麥麩 麵糊舀入鬆餅罐中。如果你使用鬆餅托盤，先在托盤的孔上塗上油。然後將鬆餅放入 200 度烤箱中烤約 18 分鐘。
