Rolls with ham and cheese

 

Dough:

25 gram butter
1/4 Liter Milk or water
25 gram yeast 
2 teaspoon sugar 
3/4 teaspoon salt
400 gram wheat flour 

Filling:

Slices of ham and cheese

Sausages

Baking time:

Approx. 20 minutes at 200°.

Dough for sausage horns

Melt the butter in a pan and add the milk or water depending on what you choose. 

Pour the mixture into a bowl and stir the yeast into it.

Add the other ingredients (reserve some flour). Mix the dough well.

Cover the bowl with, for example, a lid and leave the dough to rise in a warm place for approx. 1 hour.

Take the dough out onto a floured board and knead it well. Add any the rest of the flour.

Roll out the dough into a square (approx. 25 x 40 cm) and cut out triangles.

Add a slice of ham and a slice of cheese to the wide end and roll it up.
