Prawns in Air fryer

20 gram koriander

Few pieces of ginger

2 spring onions

1 whole garlic

pepper

A sip of sugar

2 tablespoons Saki or cooking vine

1/2 dl Soy sauce for seafood

A few pieces of celery

1/2 lemon

400/500 gram of prawns

Cut all the veggies and put them in a bowl together with prawns. Add the liquids and mix it all together.

Grind some lemon peel into the bowl and squeeze the rest to add the juice.

Put it in the fridge to marinate for 1 hour.

Before putting the prawns in the Air fryer cover them with a piece of baking pager.

Fry in the air fryer for 8 minutes.

Remove the paper cover and fry for 2 minutes more.

20克香菜

薑幾片

2 顆 小香蔥

1 整頭大蒜

胡椒

－點糖

2湯匙清酒或烹飪酒

1/2 dl 海鮮醬油

芹菜碎

1/2 檸檬

400/500 克 大蝦

將所有蔬菜切好，與蝦子一起放入碗中。添加液體佐料並將其全部混合在一起。

將一些檸檬皮磨碎放入碗中，然後將剩餘的擠入果汁中。

放入冰箱醃製半個小時至1小時。

取下紙蓋，再加2分鐘。
