GLUTEN-FREE HAM MUFFINS

Raw material:

3dl gluten free flour

1/2 -1 teaspoon salt

1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder

1/2 tsp seasoning (dry/fresh spices)

2 eggs

2 liters of milk

1/2 -1 dl oil

80-100 g ham sliced

½ bell pepper

(1 tablespoon chopped pickled cucumbers, Cottage cheese)

2 dl grated cheese

this is how you prepare

Preheat air fry to 200 degrees.

Prepare the batter. Start by mixing the dry ingredients together.

In another bowl, lightly beat the eggs and add the milk and oil.

Pour egg cream mixture into dry ingredients.

Finally, add the ham slices, diced peppers, pickles and half of the grated cheese.

Stir the dough until smooth. Spoon the dough into the mold. Sprinkle remaining grated cheese on top. You can also top it with paprika and ham strips. This way you can achieve a colorful end result.

Air fryer for 15-17 minutes or until nicely golden brown.

Let the salty snack cool for a while before plating it into a plate.
