Raw material:

1 Peking duck

1 tablespoon salt

1-1 1/2 spoons sugar

1-2 tablespoons soy sauce or light soy sauce

3 garlic cloves

Sauce preparation method:

Grind the garlic with salt until fine. (As shown in the video) Put it in a bowl, add soy sauce or light soy sauce, add sugar, mix well and add a spoonful of oil.

Production process:

Wash the duck, remove the wings and legs, leaving only the whole duck breast. Cut the duck breast and spleen into strips without cutting into the meat. Rub sea salt evenly on duck breast skin. Place the duck breast in the air fryer and bake for 20 minutes. Remove and cool the duck breast for 10 minutes. Then spread the roast duck sauce evenly on the skin of the duck breast. Continue to cook for 10 minutes, brush the sauce again, and continue to bake for 15 minutes. The roast duck will bake for a total of 45 minutes. Remove the roasted duck breast.
