Chinese Wrap bread.  捲餅 – 春餅

400 mL of  flour powder

100ml boiling water or 80° degree water 

100ml of cold water 

1g salt 

Oil

Take 100ml of boiling the water in to 200 mL of flour powder mixed.

Take 100ml of cold the water in to 200 mL of flour powder mixed.

Use hand to Knead both doughs until smooth.

Then Cut the dough into small pieces. Flatten and brush with oil, then press the other dough on top of the oiled dough. Then use a rolling pin to make it into a thin slice. Use medium-low heat to fry both sides of the bread and it will take about 30 seconds. Then can served ..

取100毫升沸水加入200毫升麵粉中混合。

取100毫升涼水加入200毫升麵粉中混合。

用手將兩個麵團混合揉至光滑。

然後將麵團切成小塊。壓平並刷上油,然後將另一個麵團壓在塗油的麵團上。然後用擀麵棍擀成薄片。用中小火煎麵包兩面,大約30秒。然後就可以上桌用餐🍽️了。
