Fried Beef Diced 燒汁牛肉粒

Beef cubes in roasted sauce

raw material:

300-400g beef tenderloin
30g green, red and yellow peppers

Sauce:

1 spoon dark soy sauce
A little salt, sugar
a little pepper
2 tbsp water (chicken stock) and
1 spoon starch
50 gram oil

Make a bowl of sauce: stir-fry sauce, dark soy sauce, salt, sugar, pepper, water (chicken stock) and starch.

Production:

Remove some ribs from the beef tenderloin and cut into large pieces; cut the green and red peppers into diamond shapes, cut the dried onions into small pieces, pat and mince the garlic.

First add oil to the wok, then add green, red and yellow peppers and fry until ready to serve.  Pour the oil into the wok and heat it to 150 degrees.  Pour in the marinated beef.  Fry until nine times done, then stir-fry

Green, red and yellow peppers arrive.  Add some brandy or white wine and sesame oil, finally heat the sesame seeds and mix well, add some oil, take it out of the pan and put it on a plate.  Hope you all like it.

少許 鹽、糖

少許胡椒粉

2 水(雞湯)和

1 澱粉

50克油

調個碗汁:燒汁、老抽、鹽、糖、胡椒粉、水(雞湯)和澱粉擢勻。

制作:

牛脊肉,去一點筋,切成大粒;青紅椒切成菱形,乾蔥切小塊,蒜拍好切碎。

先將油到炒鍋內,再到入青紅黄椒炒好侍用。將油倒入炒鍋加熱到油溫150度。倒入醃製好的牛肉。炒至九成熟,再將炒好的

青紅黄椒到入。加入點白蘭地或白酒和香油,最後撇熱芝麻翻勻,點些明油,出鍋裝盤。希望大家喜歡。
