Prawns to start with Lemon sauce or wasabi mayo

Ingredients

Prawns in Lemon Sauce

6 pcs Prawns

Black or white pepper

Salt

1 tablespoon of Lemon juice

1 1/2 dl orange juice

1 tablespoon sugar

1/2 dl water

Cornstarch for covering the prawns when frying

1 dl mayonnaise
1/2 teaspoon sugar
Cornstarch for covering the prawns when frying

Prepare the prawns by opening them up in the back (as shown in the video) added salt and pepper mix well then Dip shrimps in cornstarch.

Fry the prawns in oil.

Prepare the two sauces and add the prawns. The seasoning can be adjusted according to the amount of shrimp you have.

Two wonderful dishes.

準備蝦6只,打開蝦脊背(如視頻所示)

用鹽和胡椒醃製一會兒。再沾上玉米澱粉。

將蝦放入油中煎一下,兩面煎好出鍋待用。

準備兩種醬汁,加入蝦。根據自己的蝦量,佐料可做調整。
