Chicken in grill pan 大盤雞🐓

1 butter chicken or three yellow chicken, free range chicken🐓

500-800 grams of potatoes 🥔
1-2 carrots
6 shallots
2 onions
1 tbsp peppercorns
two aniseed
1 piece of cinnamon
1 teaspoon cumin
1 tsp, ground pepper
a few bay leaves
1 piece (20-30g) ginger sliced
1/2 deciliter soy sauce
3 tbsp dark soy sauce

If you have cooking wine, you can put 20ml of cooking wine

50-100ml oil

1 chicken cut into small pieces (with bones)

a small handful of dried chilies

20-30 grams rock sugar

Production process

First pour the oil into the iron plate or a large iron pan, sauté the chopped onions until fragrant, pour in all the seasonings and chicken pieces and fry until even, then add potatoes and carrots.  Add 1/2-1L of water according to the size of the wok.  Or pour in two to three times.  Stew the chicken for about 15 minutes.  Add wide vermicelli.  

if you want it to be very chilli, you can add more Bean Chili paste

Continue to simmer for another 30 minutes or so.  The big plate chicken is ready.  Hope you like it 👍!

1汤匙花椒

两个大料

1块儿桂皮

1茶匙小茴香

1茶匙,胡椒粉

几片香叶

1(20-30)姜切成片

1/2分升酱油

3汤匙老抽

如果你有料酒可以放料酒20毫升

50-100毫升

1隻雞 切成小塊(帶骨頭)

一小把乾辣椒

20-30克冰糖

製作過程

先將油倒入鐵板或大鐵鍋內,把切好的洋蔥炒香,倒入所有的佐料和雞塊炒至均勻後加土豆胡蘿蔔。根據炒鍋的大小加1/2-1L的水。或分兩至三次倒入。燉雞15分鐘左右時。加入寬粉条。再繼續燉30分鐘左右。大盤雞就做好了。希望你們喜歡👍
