Ingredients:

200 gram Fofu – the harder type suited for frying
20 gram carrot
10 gram mushrooms
20 gram zucchini
1 big spring onion
1/2 teaspoon chopped ginger

And here is how we put it all together

Cut the tofu in slices to you own liking and fry them on both sides until they get some color.

Remove out

Cut the vegetables in thin slices as you can see in the video.

Start by frying the carrot and zucchini together with spring onion.

Add salt and pepper

Remove when done.

Fry the mushrooms using as little oil as you can.

Be careful so the frying pan is not too hot. We would like to avoid the moisture to get out.

Mix it all together and you have a delicious meal that is fast and easy to make.

Hope you will a good time in your kitchen.
