Deep frying with Panko 與麵包糠油炸

Ingredients 

3 prawns size 16/20
1 chicken leg boned out
1 egg
1 dl corn powder 
3 dl Panko / breadcrumbs 
1 Teaspoon light soy sauce and A little spring onion ，Salt and pepper for marination the chicken meat. 
0.80L Oil 

Salad:
2 dl chopped cabbage (very thin)
1 tomato
10 cm cucumber 

Dip sauce:
For the chicken 
1 tablespoon Korean BBQ sauce (you can use Japanese BBQ sauce too if you like)
1 tablespoon ketchup 
1 teaspoons minced ginger
1 teaspoons minced garlic
1 teaspoon sesame seeds 

Dip sauce
For the prawns
1 tablespoon mayonnaise 
1 tablespoon mustard. Mustard with whole seeds are preferable
You can add a teaspoon wasabi if you don’t have mustard with seeds. 
1/2 teaspoon lemon
Juice
1/2 teaspoon honey

 原料

3 隻大蝦 16/20
 1 去骨雞腿肉
 1個雞蛋
 1 分升玉米粉
 3 dl Panko / 麵包屑
 1 茶匙生抽， 少許蔥， 少許鹽和胡椒用於醃製雞肉。
0.80L油

沙拉：
 2 分升切碎的捲心菜（非常薄細）

1個西紅柿
 10 厘米青瓜段

 蘸醬：

 對於雞

1湯匙韓國燒烤醬（如果你喜歡，你也可以使用日本燒烤醬）
 1湯匙番茄醬

1茶匙薑末
 1茶匙蒜末
1茶匙芝麻

 蘸醬

 對於蝦
 1湯匙蛋黃醬
1湯匙芥末。 帶完整種子的芥末是更好。

 如果你沒有帶籽的芥末，你可以加一茶匙綠 芥末。
 1/2 茶匙檸檬汁
1/2茶匙蜂蜜
