Vegetables with Japanese Curry Paste 蔬菜與日本咖喱醬

Today we are posting a vegetarian dish – Vegetables with Japanese Curry paste.

It is easy and fast to make, and you can easy make variations to this recipe by adding other kinds of vegetables. Have fun cooking and experimenting in your own kitchen. We hope you will enjoy.

Ingredients

1 carrot
1 potato
1 small onion
A small piece of ginger
100 gram tofu
Salt and pepper
5 dl water
92 gram cube of Japanese curry (See picture below, and shopping link)

Cut the vegetables and tofu into cubes.

Fry the vegetables and tofu with vegetable oil for a few minutes add salt and pepper.

Poor the 5dl water (hot) and add the sauce cube.

Cook the dish for 10 to 15 minutes and your will have a delicious meal.

5 分升水

將蔬菜胡蘿蔔,小洋蔥,土豆和豆腐切成方塊。

2湯匙植物油將蔬菜和豆腐炒幾分鐘,加入鹽和胡椒粉。

倒入 5dl 水(熱)並加入醬汁塊。

這道菜煮 10 15 分鐘,您就會吃到一頓美味的佳餚。
