Easy Kimchi  簡易泡菜

Kimchi is a traditional Korean dish that has been around for centuries. It is a vegetable dish that is spicy and savory, and is typically made with cabbage, radish, scallions, and other seasonings. Here is a brief history of kimchi:

Kimchi’s origins can be traced back to the Three Kingdoms period in Korea (57 BC – AD 668). At that time, people made kimchi with salted vegetables in order to preserve them for the winter months.

In the Joseon Dynasty (1392-1910), kimchi became more refined and varied. Different regions in Korea began developing their own styles of kimchi, using different vegetables and seasonings.
