Chicken with pineapple 菠蘿雞🍍

250 gram chicken meat (we use meat from the leg)
1/4 of pineapple (you also use pineapple from a can.)
6 cherry tomatoes
100 gram cucumber
A few slices of spring onion
A few slices of ginger
Salt and pepper
Light soy sauce
3 tablespoon of Potato starch
A sip of sugar in the sauce
2dl Water
1 tablespoon of tomato paste
1/2 tablespoon of cornstarch

And now we start cooking 

Cut the pineapple in cubes.
Cut chicken filets in 2-4cm chunks

Make the marinade:
Slice spring onion and ginger and massage in salt.

Add 1 tablespoon of light soy sauce and massage it all well to get out the flavors.

Remove ginger and onion but do not throw them out we need them when we make the sauce.

Put in the meat to the marinade and mix it all together with your hands.

Time to deep fry – remember you can also do it in your Airfry oven. 

Heat up the oil to 160C

And in the meat and fry until they start to get color.

Then remove from the oil.

Turn up the heat and when the oil is 180C add in the meat for the second time.

Fry until it get a nice golden color and then remove.

We make the sauce

Start the the spring onion and ginger. Add a tablespoon of tomato paste.

Fry well and add the mix of 1/2 tablespoon cornstarch and 2 dl water.

Cook until it thickens.

Add meat, pineapple, tomatoes and cucumber.

You can also make a sweet & sour sauce version. Add one tablespoon of vinegar and sugar. Voila you got a yet another dish.

將菠蘿切成方塊。
將雞柳切成 2-4 厘米的塊
 
製作醃料:
將蔥和姜切成薄絲,用鹽抓摩。
加入 1 湯匙生抽並充分抓摩出來味道。
把薑和洋蔥取出,但不要扔掉,我們做汁的時候需要用它。
將肉放入醃料中,用手將它們抓摩在一起。
 
油炸的時間
將油加熱至160C
然後在肉中煎炸,直到它們開始變色。
然後從油中取出。
雞肉待第二次煎炸. 待油溫達到 180 攝氏度時,將肉加入油鍋。
煎炸至金黃色,即取出。
 
我們做汁開始
將油,蔥和姜入鍋中。加入一湯匙番茄醬,加一點糖。
炒好,加入 1/2 湯匙玉米澱粉水( 2 分升水)。
汁熬至變稠。
加入肉、菠蘿、小西紅柿和黃瓜。
你也可以做一種糖醋汁。加入一湯匙醋和糖。瞧瞧你又做出了一道菜。
