Vegetarian Mapo Tofu  素麻婆豆腐

300 gram Tofu
1 Teaspoon chopped ginger
1 Teaspoon chopped spring onion
1 Teaspoon chopped garlic
1 spoon bean chili paste
1/2 teaspoon chili sauce
A pinch Salt and pepper
1/2 teaspoon sugar
A sip of vinegar
2 tablespoon light soy sauce

Put all the spices into the frying pan together with 2 tablespoon vegetable oil.

When chili and oil is mixed well add tofu and fry for a little while and add water about 1 to 2 dl. When the liquid is almost gone then it’s ready to serve. It’s fast and easy, spicy and tasty. A taste of the spicy Vegetarian Mapo Tofu Sichuan .

300克豆腐

1茶匙切碎的生薑

1茶匙切碎的蔥

1茶匙切碎的大蒜

1 勺豆瓣辣椒醬

1/2茶匙辣椒醬

少許鹽和胡椒

1/2茶匙糖

一點點醋

2湯匙生抽

2 湯匙植物油一起放入鍋中, 同時加入所有調料。

當辣椒和油充分混合後,加入豆腐並炒一會兒,然後加入約 1 2 分升的水。當湯幾乎燒完時,就可以上菜了。它又快又簡單,又辣又好吃。品嚐川味素麻婆豆腐。
