Tomato Sweet & Sour Prawns  番薯糖醋蝦

For this recipe we are using Tiger prawns size 8-12. The size of prawns and scrimps are normally written on the package, if not, I’m sure the shop personal are more than happy to help you.

Normally you need 6 pieces  to 8pieces  pr person.

We fry the prawn in vegetable oil, as a more healthy alternative to deep-frying. Do not fry too long, since that will make the prawn hard like gum.

You need:

Prawns
4 cloves Garlic
4 to 5 slices Ginger
Salt and pepper
1 teaspoon light soy sauce if your like.

番薯糖醋蝦

這個食譜，我們使用 8-12 號的黑虎蝦。大蝦和蝦的大小號一般都寫在包裝上，如果沒有，我相信店員會很樂意幫助你找到所需要的。

每人通常需要 6 只到 8只 蝦。

我們用植物油煎蝦，煎替代油炸更健康。不要煎的太久，否則會使蝦變硬像嚼口香糖。

你需要：

大蝦

4瓣大蒜

5 片生薑

鹽和白胡椒

1茶匙生抽，如果你喜歡的話。
