Fried Cabbage 素炒捲心菜(圓白菜)

This is one of our favorite vegetarian dishes. Goes with everything.

It’s fast and easy to make, and tasty and excellent also as a side dish.

Fast and easy to make

Ingredients:

Half green cabbage head
4 cloves of garlic
4 tablespoons of vegetable oil
Salt and pepper

Divide the cabbage with a knife or tear it apart by hand, both methods work well.

Wash the cabbage well, and let it drip off.

3 to 4 tablespoons of vegetable oil. Best result if you use a hot frying pan, so the moisture get out. Use salt and pepper. In the end of the frying time add 4 cloves of garlic.

You can add chili 🌶️ to your liking. In the video we used chili just as decoration.

Hope you will enjoy this simple vegetarian dish.
