Beef with fried onion v/ Oyster sauce

Fried Onion Beef (Oyster Sauce)
raw material:
onion two
Dark soy sauce 1 tablespoon
soy sauce 2 tbsp
1 teaspoon crushed black pepper
salt pinch
1 tablespoon of oil
(you can add lemon juice)

First shred the onion as in the video
Slice the beef into thin slices, then shred the beef.
Be careful here ⚠️
Beef has muscle lines. When cutting meat, you must cut the meat vertically to make it tender.
Put the shredded beef in a pot or bowl, add all the ingredients and mix well.  We prepare 100ml of oil and pour it into the frying pan until the oil is heated until the wooden spatula bubbles.  You can slide the meat into the pot and fry until it changes color as shown in the video.  Keep the meat under oil control.  Add a little oil, pour the chopped onions into the frying pan, add black pepper and a little salt and fry until soft, add the beef to the frying pan and quickly stir-fry the onions before leaving the pan.  Beef with oyster sauce and fried onions can be used with rice, bread, potatoes, pasta, etc.
By the way, beef can be fried into many flavor dishes.  I will show you one by one in the future.
Hope you enjoy this dish.
